On April 2, 2016 we went to New York to see Saturday Night Live. Big thanks to our friend Bobby Moynihan, the genius performer who invited us to see the show.
Congratulations to our friends at Illumination on the premiere of Minions! The yellow carpet in Los Angeles was a great event.
An animated movie that we wrote last year called Arctic Justice Thunder Squad just announced the cast at Cannes! Alec Baldwin, John Cleese, James Franco, Anjelica Huston, Heidi Klum and Omar Sy will be voicing characters.

We had a great time on the TIFF Kids panel, talking about our experiences making movies. Thanks to the team at TIFF for inviting us to speak, we had a blast doing it!
We will be speaking at the TIFF Kids Festival Industry Conference on a panel called “Going Big: The Business and Art of Long-Form Storytelling” on April 15, 2014. We’ll be talking about our writing process, the state of the animation industry, and how we strive to make cool, entertaining movies for all audiences.
We will also be participating in the “Meet the Writers” session on April 16. This is where we’ll share all the stories that were too scandalous* to discuss in a large room with recording devices.

Escape From Planet Earth was released in the UK on March 7th, 2014. It’s been great to see the movie released all over the world, but the London release deserved a picture. Gotta love those double decker buses!
The European rollout continues. The next major releases are France on May 7th, and Germany on May 29th.
